Souval "57er" LW numbered GAB

Hello guys,

a few days ago I have received a numbered Souval GAB with "50" cypher.
I'm pretty sure that this is my last addition in 2014

It is a casted piece, with strange (for me) marking.

Any thoughts about period of made would be great

OK but why "20" ??? If it was "L/58" I would understand that, but "20" ???

Hi Patryk!!
It is an unusual piece, and not one I have seen before!
Souvals' cast 57 medals are later pieces, usually from the 70's, and we have seen many EK2's, KVK2's, Ost's etc. So.... I would have thought a cast badge would be from a similar period, but the hardware looks earlier than that, so i'm not sure?
The mark may have been added later???
Hopefully some of the Souval collectors will know more about this one!!

Souval often was using different parts in different period....
