His Romanian and Bulgarian neck awards do not match to what we see on the chain with miniatures.

On the chain there's Bulgarian cross with War distinction (green leaves and white center), while commander cross is not war type (no wreath and green center instead of white).

As for Romanian award - the one on the chain is with a crown, while commander cross has no crown.

It's probably safe to say that commander crosses are not his and likely were added to the group by the seller.
