    Ehrenblattspange des Heeres

    Hello,

I've just got a new 57er piece: Army Honour Roll Clasp.

Looks very good to me but I'm curious about your opinions
Btw the ribbon is modern for sure.

Looks good to me too, the early pieces have 4 prongs like yours, the details look crisp enough, and the gold colour/finish also looks to match to known early originals!!
I will compare with some of mine, but I think it is both good and early!!!

I totally agree with Nigel's sentiments, a lovely early example of a high end award, not appreciated enough IMO !
            Prost ! Steve.

              Thanks guys
That's true that early ones got 4 prongs, but I've seen 4 prongs also in a few pieces that was stated as a mid ones... (but maybe it wasn't mid but early too)

Nigel - if you can please post here some of your early EbS for comparision

That's totally true. But good for me - I was suprised that I was able to get that one for a very low price. Small interest in 57'er EbS's, or just most collectors missed that one? Both I think.
