    Correct Board?

    Gents-

I have a DKiG that is unquestionably of post war production. However, because it is constructed with a swastika, it is clearly NOT a Bundeswehr issue. Like a man without a country, I feel as if this is a cross without a forum. I'm interested in knowing if this is simply a cheap reproduction or if it is one of the quasi-collectible post war DKiGs usually attributed to (I believe) S&L or Souval. Would this be the correct board on which to post photos, or should I post on the "Crosses of the Wehrmacht" board?

    Many thanks.

The cross does belong here. Souvals are discussed here as well as 57ers

Absolutely ! please re post or can a moderator move it to here ?
A nice Souval with a "salty" appeal !
Its a pity for sure some one re marked the pin with an "8" it will together with the chip unfortunately reduce its value, however that said I would still have in my collection !
          Prost ! Steve.

If you want to post it here, that's fine, you may learn more about it, as most of the postwar Souval collectors regularly visit this section...its up to you!!

No not at all Steve. I own a couple Souval pieces I purchase in the 70's. IMO the price I paid then is what they should sell for now ! Tom
