Andrew, a fine original 57er ribbon bar, a version that does not have the typical cloth backing as more commonly seen.....the last medal is for a Dutch marching/hiking medal "Viertagekruez von Nijmegen" (Nijmegen 4 day March medal) it is commonly seen with other "March" medals on Bundeswehr ribbon bars......foreign nationals and NATO armed forces teams participate in this event...it is a recognised medal for wear within the Bundeswehr.
Here is the full size medal without the Crown device (added for additional participation) on a bar I own............
