      Nice cross!!!

IMO this one is TR made. It has core that was used by Deumer since 20´s and throughout TR era. 57 style Deumer core is slightly different. Same with frame. As Nigel pointed out, this is Deumer Schinkel frame.

          Hello.
Nice cross! Dating for the brave!
But recently Nigel EK I find "57" with "sun" SB ... so anything is possible!
Below my EK II 1914 L/11.

Two crosses above and have the same core!
              Your have a different finish.

However, the core of typical cross Deumer 1914 production after WW II ... is different. There is another date and the letter "W".

              Best regards.

                  Hi,

Recently I purchased this unmarked and non magnetic core EKII in a medal bar, someone identified it to me as a Deumer. After reading this post I'd like to know if it's possible to identify if it's a TR made medal or a after war made Deumer?

                  Best Regards,

                  Ricardo

                    Hi!
Well its certainly not a post WW2/ 57 period Deumer piece, it looks to me like a TR or interwar period piece?
Have you posted it in the Imperial section? The guy's there will know for sure!!
                    Nice cross/ bar!!!!

                      Hi Nigel,

Yes, there someone has told me it's a non magnetic Deumer: http:http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.comforum...ad.php?t773288

But after a friend show me this thread with this polemic and I prefer to be sure about it.

And please, I ask you or some others to educate us about it, how distiguish a post war Deumer from a pre WW2 one?

                      Thanks in advance

                      Ricardo
