How do display your 57ers ?

Gentlemen, how do you display your collection of 1957 medals/awards ?
Do you keep them on display, do you keep them under wraps..........please show/discuss your collection displays.
I have a spare bedroom as my collection room, vacated by my son when he got his own pad (hurrah !).......but I have filled it to capacity wityh my other collecting interest Bundeswehr Army uniforms, equipment, badges etc........my 57er collection grows and has now began to take over ! The original shelf space now overflowing !
How/where do you keep your collections...................

Great display Steve!
Mine are all stored away, and not on display at all, as I don't really have room to show more than a small number at once, but I can get my hands on them at any time for a quick compare!!

Really fine display Steve, one things for sure a medal takes up a lot less space than a uniform jacket!!
But, I must admit seeing the medals mounted on a jacket is an excellent way to really show them at their best!!!

Credit for that idea must go to Seewolf, I was much inspired by Rudigers BW Marine display, which I hope he will show once again in this thread !

I keep my tiny collection under my bed in an old camera suitcase thingy. I can stand on the top of the case without anything getting wrecked and can grab it all in case of a fire. I've sort of run out of space in the case with all the jewelry boxes I keep the medals in. This way my beloved isn't able to keep a real handle on how much I've spent. Hence my need to limit things to an early RK this year and perhaps a PAB in there somewhere.

Though it's not a great way to display anything it's really good fun to pull everything out of the case and open the boxes and drool over everything. Just like Christmas all over again every time I get the chance.
