    KVK I. class with swords

    Hi guys!

I have only a few post-war versions of awards and would like to know, who is the maker of this KVK I. class with swords.

Many thanks in advance for looking,

      Hi Peter!!
Thats a nice example of an S&L KVK1 i think!
Probably dates from around the 1962-65 period by the looks of the hardware used, and the quality/finish
Thanks for sharing this nice cross, i'm getting more and more into KVK's!!

Thank You for Your quick answer, Nigel !

I also saw, that You are collecting Austrian post-45 medal bars. Nice to see them in this forum!
ÖKB-medals are a wide field for collectors, especially when collected in variants... I have a lot of them myself in estates of Austrian veterans.

        Kind regards, Peter

          Hi Peter!!
Yes, i do like the Austrian medalbars, very different to the German style, but nice and collectable in their own right, and the OKB medals that are often on them, along with Souval blank core EK's and 57ers, give a great number of different combinations!!

Nice KvK1 Peter! Agreed, it's an S&L product and a nice one with polished highlights!

Please do post your Austrian medalbars. I'm sure we would all enjoy them.
