            Thanks Sepp .... boy! it's hard keeping up with you!!!!! And photographs are getting harder and harder to find.

            If you expand the image large enough, you can make out what looks like an EKII and Infantry Assault Badge on the vet pointing with his cane to the Gebirgsjaeger plaque.

                          He's a priest!!



                          I've never before seen a priest wearing military decorations on his cassock!!! The wide sash is called a "fascia." I've seen papal decorations and the Order of St. John, etc., on vestments, but never military. Very nice.
