I own a circa 1966 inscribed copy of the Klinksporn photo (page 186). Could somebody please translate the inscription?

Am I correct in stating that the medal ribbons indicate award of the EK1, EK2, black wound badge, assault badge (possibly general assault, difficult to make out) and sports badge?
