But i was busy 2 days staring at my new Bundesmarine visor for NCO´s


Great tunic and i can´t remember seeing one with the piping in Waffenfarbe. Very very nice that the tunic and more small bar have a really rare and very interesting history That makes this set VERY special.

Do i understand it right....tunics with collar piping in Waffenfarbe are extremely rare?
If so....i may have a look at these ones

Rudiger extremly rare is about right the piping only lasted between 1964-1965 after that all jackets had the piping removed

New addition

Today a new addidition for my collection arrived ... a big box with lots of stuff from one soldier. The unit patch is of the armoured shool in Munster and the lot comes from this region so most possible he - OTL Grunwald - served there. A first view to the textiles can be found in the BRD forum (in a few minutes)...
