...thats what I suspected, a replaced loop.

It does not look as the same patina, looks very modern.
And, as I said, I also never seen it on a early RK. Only on modern made pieces.

So we, the 57ers, detected it. A very good team ,
but it was not too difficult.

But anyway a very nice cross, maybe you can find a fitting loop someday...
