    Question about 57er EK1

    Were any 57er EK1s manufactured by Rudolf Wachtler & Lange and marked with a 100? Thanks in advance...

    Wächtler & Lange did not made any 57ers. But it could be possible that the core was build in by a jeweler after the war. We know that from a K&Q and a Juncker RK.

      I haven't come across any 57er EK1 made by W&L ... if you might have such a piece, do post it here .

        Apparently this particular cross was so well denazified that the seller assumed it was a post war 57er, not knowing about the oak leaves... Thanks for the answers!

          I did see that one as well ... like you said, denazified well and then repainted.
