He never asked if they were "57ers" so you should stop hounding him about the technicality.

The section here is: "1957 Awards". Okay, that is the wrong term, but it is meant the 1957's (1957 versions)

George1959 put it in this section and he asked for "... Your opinion".

And you can read here my opinion.

As I wrote before, several collecters and dealers will not accept (are not able to accept?), that all these pieces without a change in the design were never and can never be a 1957 version, regardless of when they were produced.

There could never be a legitimate award of decorations of the "Third Reich" post WW II, after 8 May 1945.
