Hi George, i think it might be a good idea to also post this one in the General Wehrmacht Awards section, see what the guys there say!!
It has the look of a wartime piece, but it has a thin suspension ring, which i'm not too sure about, also i can't remember seeing an Ostvolk marked with this makers initials
