I think those crosses look WWAAYYYY better than the horrible JUNK S&L is pumping out these days. I too agree they are late-60s to early-70s. Not the same quality as the earlier pieces, but they still look nice.

Hi Pierce!! The RK looks good!!! Definitely not a modern piece, and not 80's either!! The quality is better than that, if its magnetic, i dont think it can be much after 1970, or very early 70's at the latest!!
        Nice piece!!!!

Hi Pierce .... is the frame really that shiny or is that just lighting ???

Also, I've noticed on this picture, the frame has some beading flaws just beneath the dipped ring. Seems to have similar flaws on the 9 o'clock arm.
Any chance you can get us some good close-ups of those areas ???

Seeing it has the magnetic core, I would agree with the gents above on timeframe ....

            Thanks for the comments guys!

            Mattija,

The crosses frame is kinda shiney...it definately is not dull or tarnished, but my camera flash would embellish it more so.

Here are close-ups of first the 12'o'clock arm.

The other thing i have noticed is that the Oakleaves are raised....on the EK1 and EK2 the oaks are indented.

            Kind regards
            Pierce
