My ugliest RK

I never ever planned to buy a 2nd pattern RK.
I prefer the 1st pattern design .

But I came across a quaility grouping wich consisted this RK.
Except the core, I like it and maybe will start to love it in the future!

So here is the "black sheep" of my collection.

What a shame for your little 57er collection

I like this one Very nice frame and good looking core and a well finished loop ring. Strange i can´t see any die flaws ??
The more you look at this one ....the more you´ll love it



Or drink a few beers...it´s the same as with women...after enough beers the ugliest fake will tend to the rarest original

Thanks guy, I tried beer, I tried Wiskey.......It just didn't work.
The frames do look very nice and I don't see any flaws either that are worth mentioning.

Good idea
To be honest, i like the 1st pattern core much more than the 2nd pattern one
But this one here is really a good looking 2nd pattern RK and i REALLY would display it towards without shame

That looks like one of the really decent quality 2nd pattern new form RKs. A very nice example Luud, and absolutely nothing to be ashamed of In fact the only thing to be ashamed of, is being ashamed of it

I feel that 2nd patterns are often underrated but then, unfortunately, most of the time overpriced .

Isn't saying "My ugliest RK" like saying "I'd like to introduce you to my ugliest child?" Haha!
There are no such things as ugly children to a parent and no ugly RK's to some collectors. I would be happy to have a nice, early 2nd pattern in my collection.
