    Strange CCC on e-stand

    Hi guys,

Will post pix here, instead of link to make sure the pix dont disappear .

What say ye about this weird looking bronze CCC ? The back hardware says early ( coke bottle pin ), but the front throws me off completely .

    Grtz.

Very weird backside ... no backplate or anything similar. Hardware reminds of a 57er naval clasp, but nothing like I've ever seen on a 57er CCC.

Mmmmm.... not sure what to say about this one, a one piece CCC!!!
I dont have any CCC's to compare it to, does the detailing match known examples by S & L etc.??
The bayonet and stickgrenade look quite "flat", the pin looks different too somehow?? Bronze finish also looks a little different, but that may be the lighting??
Rare variant??? Its "on hold", so someone likes it!!!
But its not like any CCC i've seen either -Nigel

              Hi guys,

Indeed, a VERY rare Deumer-attributed CCC. I tried for it, but was too late when I saw it. I only know of 1 other one in existence, so very rare IMO.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Yep, nothing wrong with this Deumer piece at all, and as stated, very rare.

When it goes on like that...think in a few years the "rat pack" has the best and most complete collection of very early 57ers

                            Hello

As has been said, a very early and rare Deumer CCC. Great buy Stijn

                            Here's mine for comparison.
