That Deumer one is very interesting, maybe overpriced, but for a collector very nice & a not so common to find piece.

Is someone other than Peter writing a book on New Form awards? I don't think any of these are in Peter's book. Can you please confirm or deny this claim Peter?

Also, are links to a members eBay auctions allowed here?

It is me who decides what will be in my book. I have not promised to show the claimed pieces and it should not be used as a selling point. Please remove those claims Vince.

The best of both worlds - auction listings are banned on the E-stand so what better way to sell something than to post a link to your eBay auctions. I actually thought this type of thinly veiled sales thread was banned on the forum?

If you want people here to buy them - put them on the E-stand.

Evaluate the item, not the story and not the seller's reputation!

If you PM/contact me without the courtesy of using your first name, please don't be offended if I politely ignore you!

              Very good points Mike.

The eBay listings have not been edited as of yet. Each listing proclaims - "This Cross will be featured in an upcoming reference book on 1957 German Military Decorations."

The Souval listed EK, and EKII's are right on the money (no pun intended) for prices, IMO. The L/11 piece is a bit high, but someone looking for one, might just pull the trigger on it.

The listings have not been changed. The misrepresented items have been reported to eBay.

I have no idea of what you are talking about, Peter is not the only person doing a book on the 57er decorations. You can report anything you want to e-bay they don't care about you or your petty BS. Too bad we cannot discuss this in person, I would really enjoy that.

                            Relax guy's.
This is not good for the bloodpressure.

I am annoyed by everyone that start threads and polute the forums only to improve the sales. I hope it will be banned (if it isn't already).
Dealers did it but also a few members that post for so-called opinions with the only intention to find a buyer.

I am very annoyed when I use the search function, I find these "selling" threads or threads where the pictures are gone because members posted with some kind of a hosting site (I refuse to respond on these people).

So in this case I will only comment on the ek's that are for sale.
The EK1 Combo is IMO modern crap and IMO not collectable
All Vinces other crosses are IMO very fine and a welcome addition in any "new form"collection.
Like it's wartime counterpart, the L/11 marking without box is harder to find.
I am far from interested in EK's, but can imagine someone that collect EK variants will be.

The price is about tripple the price that I normally pay for common EK's and think it is worth.
But there are many Dealers that list them for more.
IMO not really out of the ordinary, but for those prices I sure prefer a wartime cross.

My BP runs on the low side. I could use a little excitement.
