Hi Stijn,
I believe your cases are repro/re-enactor cases for wartime awards rather than 57er issue cases.

I got these pics from the internet, a dealers site.
Cases are unknown to me so i just took something to give an image.

I would certainly agree with, Trevor. There are a couple of TR reproductions in the mix here.

I'm sure over the years the probability is that I must have discounted the odd genuine '57 as being a fake perhaps regarding TR wares.

PS I'd like to look at this last case a little more closely, also. I know I've seen these and I'm not sure this a '57 either....???
