Deumer 57'er IAB

Hello

Here’s something i was able to find at the Kassel show.
It’s a nice early Deumer with a few polished points. As always this is hard to capture with a scan.

I like it a lot and it is great quality.

Nope didn't find much else besides a wartime Juncker Heeres Flak with a setup i didn't have yet.
But from a distance i saw our beloved sponsor / dealer buying what looked like a 57 RK so i think he got more lucky....

Oh yeah i also find what some sellers told were nice early original 57 badges but they all had a very shiny finish and an open hinge....

Wow That is really a wonderful great IAB.
A very good catch and addition for your collection. These Deumer pieces are really hard to find and they are always special.
Great obverse and i love the reverses with the "wartime finish" look

Thanx for the kind words Rüdiger.
I was just studying the badge and saw a interesting feature.
Looking for other deumer iab's i noticed this is a detail that is on every early one.
It seems to be a mistrike or something like that or would it be a die feature?

Would be interesting to see if it also is present on the later ones (if there are later ones of course)?

i don´t want to copy Mike´s pics and post them new so have a look at this thread - the same as yours
Luud´s bronce Deumer IAB has this flaw or whatever it is, not

That is a lovely Deumer.

Rudiger has sharp eyes, my badge indeed doesn't show the "flaw".
But It has been filed around the edges.
I am not sure, but if they hadn't filed it, it possible could have shown the "flaw" also.
