A nice halbetui, Thomas. I was unaware these were made for EK's ( I thought only KvK ).
Can you show us a better pic of the EK logo on top ( maybe it shows signs of a removed swaz in the EK ? ).

Thanks for quick posting, Thomas. The contours of the EK seem very crude and not even straight.
The more I look at it, the more it seems ( IMO ) the case might have belonged to a KvK w/o swords and this symbol was altered into a EK ....
I assume the inlay tray would originally been a black one with the 621 K.B. markings inside ....

I am not sure what to respond because I have no idea what the intention is.

              1. If it is to show of a new addition for your collection my answer would be:

              2. If it is to discuss the case, my answer would be:
Probably yes, but I am not really into cases, so I would wait for opinions of some other members.
It would be interesting to know if the EK1 from your update came in this case.

              3. If it is to improve your sales, my answer would be:
It works because I see that the case has already been sold today.
But if you use the e-stand to sell the items, you reach a larger public than posting in this section.

I have a similar case marked for Deumer with a Deumer 57 inside. I think these may have been late-war leftovers? I'm not sure.
                Best regards,

Hello Luud and all other user...

                  To 3.....

I don’t have any interest to use this section as my market place!
I have a very good running Internet shop...!

Can I show my things at this section or not?
(Regardless whether from my shop, my archive or out of my collection)
                  I need your answer...

                    You don't need permission.

I think every one here, including me, would love to see you posting them.
So please post them (I am only not sure if buyers from the past will like it when their items are being posted).

If you have any early KM badges, FJ badges, LW clasps ek's and ribbon bars you would make some people crazy

Personally .... I would love to see more items from your own collection / archives. I dont think pix from the shop are necessary as you are well known & visited by most of the 57er members here .

                            Hello

From the photos, in my opinion, the case suggests that it could well be a very late war generic halbetui type, with a new internal base from one of the early/mid 57 cases. The war time halbetuis in this style/size didn't have any markings on them and can be found with EK1s, KVKs and wound badges.

Thomas, you are more than welcome onto the forum, and please post whatever you feel like (as long as it 57 items of course). I for one would certainly like to see more of your items. I must also learn to be quicker getting onto your site when you do updates - I keep getting beaten to the 57 pieces

                            Regards
                            David
