    Ahhh, so you're the one that got this! Damn, I was hoping to grab this badge to complete my set of early ABP's, and all I need is the brz!

      It's indeed a nice bagde, The snakes are superb (maybe because I really like snakes).

      It's curious that they approved this badge in 1957 edition considering the cruelties that happenen during the anti-partisan war on both sides.

          In part you right, but basically the Bundeswehr has recognized the
          BKA because until on 1947 or 1949 if inot mistaken, when
          was change 'the law of war, (recognizing the "rebels"with the military status
          legalized on "militias" or legalizations as guerrillas) the struggle and participation in roundups was "legally legalized" under the law of war by the Geneva Convention, and the conferral of the BKA was therefore valid for pension and disability compensation..
          The fact then that the "Rebels" had a "better" ideological baggage 'or less, has not the slightest importance in the context of sovereignty' national of a government and on maintenance of Law in Time of War...
