WACHBATAILLION Cuff Title

Hello Fellows,

Has anyone seen one like this before? Is there any reference to a WW2 unit?
It is full length with EM/NCO type cloth letters.

i´m not to 100% sure, but i think it´s a cufftitle from the Bundeswehr today. There is a "Wachbatallion" in the Bundeswehr today. It always comes out when the Kanzler Mrs.Merkel receives foreign guests like President Obama or Sarkozy.
But i like it, would be happy to have one, very nice piece and can not be found ervery day
