Silver vs Bronze

Hello Guys,

I have a question. I have this #25 Panzer Assault badge in a bronze finish. On the web I found this, the same badge but in silver.

Why the 2 different colors for the same award? Different makers?

Vince, in 40 years of collecting, I would have thought that you had come across this before.

Silver for Tank Crews, Bronze for the crews of other armoured units such as assault guns etc.

Its not nice to bust someone's balls when they ask for help. I am not now nor ever was big in badges, especially the numered panzer stuff.

I remember you had some not too nice things to say about me in the past and I dont even know who you are. If you dont have something nice to say, keep your unrelated comments to yourself.
