Judging by the single photo of the reverse, it looks like a later cross. I see very soft beading, and paintwork that's sloppy with the black on the frame. Can you post a front shot? I'm guessing you missed that on the first post.

Is your cross made from 3 pieces (two outer silver frames and a center core)? From the photos, it almost looks like a single piece cross.

It's a three piece, with a magnetic core

The paint is a little sloppy, but it looks much better from the front. I'd also wager that's an original WW2 mounting, judging by the ribbon colors, and rear hardware. If the price is reasonable, go for it.
