    57 Gold Day Fighter Clasp

Hello, from what era is this badge? My pics are horrible and in reality this badge is considerably less glittery...it really does have a remarkably high quality finish almost on par w/ an original and appears to have been struck in tombak from original SL dies (my assumption given the circle on the back). I know from the history of the badge that it was produced no later than 1979.

      Hello

I'd suggest that this one is possibly a late 1960's or early 1970's produced piece. Nice clasp.

      Regards
      David

The clasp is from a time when there was still some attention to quality and details. The center piece is a separate part. This was not the case later on when the whole clasp was made in one piece. Thanks for showing it.
