The "CEAC" cross (Confederation Europeene des Anciens Combattants) in last place is able to be bought by former combatants from all nations, and comes with a nice certificate!
There are at least 4 different versions, this is the original French made design, there is also a German (by Deumer), an Italian and a Belgian made version, there may also be more!!!
