This example looks a post WW2 made example, probably St&L, what do you think?

It‘s a S&L made cross. However a later one. Early examples of these were less flawed and were made in high standard with polished highlights etc., as this was regarded to be a replacement for an important high class award and not just some regular service medal.
Here is my early one to compare.

Nice Andrew, as Alex said a later made example, without the polished highlights of earlier versions, the same happened to the Wehrmacht 25 year long service cross, and many others that S&L made over a number of years!!
