It‘s a postwar Souval made Narvik shield.

Alex beat me to it!!!
The large rounded tabs on the reverse are of the type often used by Souval on shields etc.
It looks in as new condition!!

These shields were made starting in the 1950‘s. They are not particularly rare but still nice pieces. The one you are showing looks to be in great condition. The Narvik shield is available in silver and gold.

By the way, this Narvik from 1966 is very similar to the one shown in the topic.
