On the reverse we can observe 4 welding points while I only see rivets on the other decorations that I have seen...

Nope, 50 cents might cover the cost of it!

I find it ironic that dealers would even attempt to pass this piece of junk off as an original 57er.

Cyrille, you are doing the right thing, before opening your wallet take some time and post the pics here...generally, the pins are not stamped with maker mark 1, the gold ring has a very soft appearance, not a fine striking...and rivets are some of the things to watch....China make tons of these....
