Black Wound Badge - Souval??

Hi Guys,

I am a bit confused about this one due to the pin catch. Is this a Souval? Overall the badge appears to be in mint condition so that makes me question it as well. I purchased this one recently. I also have a very early black ST&L wound badge that is in excellent condition.

I believe possible Deumer made ? Though the hardware leans more to Souval.
