1957er Ritterkreuz for review

Dear collectors,
this Knight Cross came to me recently
I wonder if you could figure out a prodution period or a manufacturer.

Magnetic Core, Frame non magnetic, no hallmark.

looks like resoldered partially.

If it is not a Souval or Steinhauer&Lück, which other manufactureres (or "fakers") are well known and documented?

Looking at the photo's, I would say a fake.....
Its a 1st pattern type core, with some unusual features on the dates, and the frame looks similar to a later type C/D, but the edge soldering is poor, the loop eye where it joins the frame is not correctly cut-out, and it doesn't appear to have the characteristics of either S&L's C or D frame???
