EK1 S&L made ?

Hello Collectors,

Still sorting some pieces of a collection I bought last week. Is this a S&L produced EK1 ? Hardware seems to match the S&L made pieces.

Certainly an S&L piece!!
Don't know if its suffered from poor storage, but its not old enough to have gained that kind of look under normal circumstances!!
Looks good though!!!!
Does it have a magnetic core??
