Never heard of this and don’t think it’s real. However the 57er itself looks fine. If it is real, what is this?

The small clasp attached to the ribbon is for the veterans association of the 21st Luftwaffe field division....looks real to me!!!!
The EK is a nice early S&L, and the ribbon looks ok too......
The length of the ribbon, and the and the fastening at the top means it wasn't meant for wearing, but hanging up in some kind of display!!
