    Tank Destruction Medal

    I finally found the gold version for Destruction of 5 tanks. Now, I need to find the black version.

    These are Steinhauer and Lueck patterns, which were never adopted by the Bundeswehr. Nevertheless, they are really attractive.

      As you said S&L prototypes that were never adopted, the pieces already made were sold to the collectors market!!
      Great looking medals, that would have been stunning on a 57 medal bar!!!
      These are really rare these days, I have been looking for a long time with little success!!
      A few years ago, I managed to find a couple of unfinished medals, for both the Tank & Aircraft Destruction.......
