1st Armored co.A 13th Regiment need info

I have a large grouping to this man. He has 5 bronze stars and PH according to his records. Is there away to find out what for ? I keep hitting dead ends.

The "Bronze Stars" in this case refer to campaign service listed on Line 12. A metal star, dark bronze in color, was attached to certain campaign, or "I was there" ribbons. In this case, they were attached to his European N. African Middle Eastern Service ribbon. When you look at his photo in uniform, that's the ribbon on the far right. I cannot see if there are any stars on the ribbon. Many times, they were not worn at all, or in correct number.

Hi Rich great to see you at Allentown. Those are his campaign stars for the ETO medal and those campaigns are listed above his decorations. He served in 5 between Italy and Europe. TPK

Those kill rings on the barrel of the Stuart or are those unit markings?
