                Difficult to tell. Do the diamonds check out as original? I guess that they are based on the settings.

                      Yes, this is a sweetheart bracelet piece. The stones are usually costume jewelry type clear crystals. Actual diamonds would be secured more carefully. I've had a few like this over the years.
