I need some help identifying this patch. I don't have a clue. Maybe could be military or just some bowling organization. Any, I would very much appreciate opinions.

I would lean towards bowling. The XXX at the bottom is the symbol for three strikes in a row, which is called a "turkey."
The bowling pin with the number 2 might indicate that it happened twice, and the 80 & 81 might indicate when it happened.
I think it is for a specific four-person team, or it could be a patch awarded by a bowling league to members that got turkeys in the 80-81 season. The pin with the number 2 looks like it might have been added after the patch was made, so maybe this person or team got two turkeys in that season.
And I could be completely wrong! -
