WWI Dog Tag Question

Hello all,

I just picked up a Purple Heart, Victory Medal set and the dogtag reads, "William O. Silva, MUS, FBTY, 101 FA,134182." What does the MUS FBTY mean? Does anyone have any information on him?

The group also came with the named US. WWI Victory Medal for the Chief Electrician on the USS Kentucky. How rare are these?
