64th Cav Division hq'ed in Louisville, KY, and approved in 1922.

This patch was manufactured for the collector market in the mid to late 1940's. The ones actually worn (prior to WW2 )were not fully embroidered.

Kurt A is correct. Fully embr, or embr on wool, cav div patches, regardless of unit, were made for collectors.

This one is worth $5 or so.
