    New Ranger Patch Book

Just received my new Ranger Insignia book from the Keller Brothers.

I don't say this often but this is one of the must have books if you collect patches.

This is their write-up from the regular US Militaria Forum:

Fresh from the printers, we just received our latest book, Emblems of Honor: Rangers.

It covers The insignia of WWII Ranger Battalions, Divisional Ranger units and Korean War Ranger Companies, including Ranger ovals.

There are almost 200 high resolution photos of patches/scrolls/tabs/ovals and over 100 period images of them being worn.

The book is 56 pages, full color throughout, 8 1/2" x 11" format and printed on high quality paper with a lay flat Wire-O binding.

$40 plus $5 ($45.00 Total USA) and is shipped in a sturdy box.
(we can ship overseas, please contact us for a quote.)

    PayPal, money order or check.

Let's put this book in perspective. First of all, those of us who have purchased any of the Kellers' previous books know they have done more for the hobby than any other author. Their entire series of books are accurate. No erroneous ID(s) pulled out of thin air. They ALWAYS do their homework. Always.

      1) With the cost of a basic, WW II US made Ranger scroll costing $40, you will be ahead of the game

      2) Most of the insignia depicted are theater made

      3) There are images of divisional Ranger patches. Yes, most of you know about the 29th ID Rangers and some of you know about the 2nd ID Rangers, but there were other WW II IDs with Ranger units, too

      4) There are images of KW era Ranger div cloth insignia for units not IN Korea

      5) There has never been another book like this AND

      6) There never will

      7) many of the Ranger insignia show someone wearing it

      8) there are photos of guidons, divisisonal certificates, ovals, signs, and DIs. When is the last time anyone has seen any of these?

      9) You can easily carry this book with you at shows
