US Army Plastic Crests

Today I lke to share some Plastic Crests, made for Plaques or Awards I think.
At 1st a 599th Armored Field Artillery Bn. one.
It's the only one I have with the 2 Pice Makers Tool.
What I'm interested in is, when did they made these.
Some Units I found in the German Unit lists in the 1950's.
Can this be? I believe they're maybe from the 60's.

Some are with titles, some I have just the titles.

Also some in different sizes.

About 8 different colours and some are prepainted in a 2nd colour.
1 is the only USAF
I have about 30 different Units, based in Germany and I guess these are made in Germany.
So the Big question: What Era are they?

Last question: Who used the Motto "First Rockets"?

Regarding your two unidentified crests:

The blue one on the left is the 39th Infantry Regiment.

The red one on the right is the 56th Medical Battalion.
