Hallmark H in a circle not Heller but Hailer.

Heller is not Heller but rather Hailer. For years a mystery existed about the Heller hallmark of a H in a circle. This could be because on the lists of manufacturers it was misspelled. A very easy mistake for us people who need glasses. In some fonts it is even harder to make out il or ll, no idea why the a became an e. In any case please in all you lists change Heller to Hailer and location goes from unknown to West New York, NJ. Also they had two IOH numbers 6H and H21.

Columbia Buttonhead is still in business and they made the pin holder and not the medal. Lordship Industries was founded in the 1950's and went out of business in October 1999.

I didn't wade through all the posts to see if there was an example of this O-21 (Orber Manufacturing Co) maker mark. It is on a USAF Security Police Badge.

I'm making a plate of my dads metals and i would like to know if he would of got a honorable discharge pin of some sort i check all over the internet and can't find nothing.he was in the korean war in 1952 pleas help and thanks in advance
