Tropical Daisy Mae Hat??

I just picked this hat up. It looks like a Daisy Mae but looks like a tropical color. Allmost like a mustard color inside and bleached out looking outside. I did find the WWI ones were tropical colored before the blue denim. Is this military issue??

That doesn't look like a US military Daisy Mae hat to me. Possibly a civilian outdoors hat?

1910's-1920's outdoors ( hunting, fishing, etc) piece.
