Are these WWI or WWII USA?

I picked up a pair of OD green knit wool socks and scarf at the gunshow this past weekend. Both had American Red Cross labels stitched onto them. Are they WWI, WWII or somewhere in between? Thanks.

It's a near certainty that they're from W.W.II.

Thanks. This is good from my end as I only collect WWII and newer. Have you run across these tags before in known lots of WWII US stuff?
