US Navy bullion thread insignia

Would anyone have any guesses as to how old these insignia are? They are gold bullion thread and heavily tarnished. I don't know anything about US militaria and would appreciate any help. A value assessment would be appreciated as well, as I will probably be selling these on Ebay.

Sorry that I didn't see your post earlier. The crow and hash marks could be from the 1970s all the way back to before W.W.II, though the style of the chevron material was pretty popular in the post-war period.

Based on the pictures and no in-hand examination, and given the somewhat poor condition and common specialty rating, I personally would value the set at well under $20. However, you never know with eBay, as many items sold go to vets who are willing to pay a bit more to replace a specific item.
