Apparently, it has a premium being museum quality:

"...all uniforms in my collection are museum quality (two of my WWII nurses' uniforms recently loaned to Imperial War Museum, London)..."

I wish that I had museum quality stuff like that!

tunic, w/o awards $125
cap $125
shirt & tie $45
pink pants $35
shoes $50

All items bought seperately on ebay would probably tally up to the high bid or there abouts. Of course, some might argue that the shoes are hard to find and worth more, and I suppose I might agree, but the market is somewhat limited.

There is nothing that really makes me believe this uniform is the same one in the picture, either. That is a pretty weak connection.

Glad I wasn't the only one that thought that! I was tempted to start drawing on the photo with my red lines and arrows, but thought the better of it.
