Army Security Agency is the usual use of the abbreviation, though this could possibly be for something else. NIce box. Wellington is best known for the Army distinctive insignia they made.

Army Security Agency are a cross between Counterintelligence and Signals Intelligence guys. They worked with bad guy radio traffic. Shoulder sleeve insignia is a gold talon clutching lightening bolts on a blue background, with gold edging around shield. Hope that helps!
