A privately published book, copyrighted 1941. Check out the reproduced patch on the front. This patch was shown earlier in this thread and has often been identified as an Italian made, or otherwise theatre-made patch. The copyright date (and personalized, 1941 dated inscription on the inside cover) point to this being a U.S. made patch.
